The depto is comfortable and bright. it has a good shower and the bed with a good mattress for a good rest. It has a comfortable individual garage to enter and exit and it's safe. It has very good WiFi . We will stay again when we visit our grandchildren.

Very nice and comfortable. Ramos is very attentive and helpful. The location is excellent. We stayed a month and were able to cook and go out to eat or order from the many places nearby. We were close to the Trinidad clinic, where we had to go every day during this month. Very happy with our choice of accommodation.

Excellent service and predisposition for everything from Axel. The apartment, which is more of a small house in a PH, is super spacious, clean and tidy. You enjoy privacy and tranquility. The area has many gastronomic proposals, easy access and proximity to the train station or Av. Rivadavia makes it ideal as a starting point to explore the city. I am fascinated and I will definitely choose it again.

Excellent service. The place is very nice and well cared for. I appreciate the attention of leaving me coffee and other items for breakfast. I went to see a concert in Velez and I was comfortable with the distance. I recommend it.

This is the best Airbnb in the Ballester area. Monica is a dedicated and personable host. The apartment building sits on a beautiful street with old-growth sycamores. Good restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and all sorts of shops are within a short walk. I stayed alone, but the apartment could easily accommodate a family of four. I would definitely rent in my next visit.

Juan's apartment is highly recommended. It is a beautiful area and close to main avenues. Getting around is not a problem. Quiet area despite being downtown and it has a very nice balcony. The apartment is very comfortable, it had towels and toilet paper according to the length of the stay. I did not have to buy cleaning supplies because there were some, that is not always taken into account. Juan's service was very warm and he responded quickly. The building is very quiet and safe too. I will definitely return.

Excellent mono-environment, fully equipped, good WIFI, building with 24-hour security and first-class amenities. The apartment is on the first floor but it is quite quiet. There are good cafes and restaurants just a few blocks away. 4 blocks from Subway B and several buses on the corner. Agustina responded very quickly to each concern. I recommend it 100% .
