Monthly Rentals in Trestles Beach

We had a great stay . The bungalow was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with an ocean view, a short 3 block walk to the beach, and about 1/2 mile to downtown.

Me and my Marine husband stayed in lovely Amy’s place for a month. It was best choice we ever made! Perfect location for work in Camp Pendleton, to walk to the beach like literally 5mins away. Downtown is also 5mins drive or 45mins walk. We walked around as many times as we can. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets in the beach as well. Also Amy! She is super professional. We had an issue with laundry, she handled it quick and smoothly which we were very grateful about it. We definitely would love to stay again. (My husband already misses an office chair in Amy’s place haha)

We had an incredible stay at Tahnee’s Trestle Wave House Condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach with amazing views and easy access to local restaurants and shops. Tahnee was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and great local tips. You can tell she takes pride in the property and truly wants guests to enjoy their stay. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed place near the coast—we’ll definitely be back!
