Dans le jardin, accès partagé avec une 2ème maison : terrains de sport et jeux (pétanque, basket, foot, tyrolienne, trampoline, balançoire, château, crossfit). Connexion fibre. Appartement dans maison de village au centre de Trets, situé entre la Sainte Victoire et le Mont Aurélien. Vous pourrez vous rendre au marché, aux restaurants et autres commerces à pied. Vous disposerez d'une terrasse tropézienne avec vue sur les toits. Ce logement de 65m carré comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée qui peut s'ouvrir sur la terrasse. Vous disposerez de deux chambres, l'une avec un grand lit, l’autre avec 2 lits ( à rapprocher Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Contiguous kitchen equipped with a microwave, Senseo coffee maker, fridge, hotplate, dishes and washing machine. The washing machine is also used by the family. The kitchen is reserved for guests. At your disposal is the wooded garden, lawn, swimming pool, not overlooked, quiet, surrounded by nature, facing the Sainte-Victoire mountain.

Relax in this quiet country cottage overlooking the Garlaban. It has its own garden, two-seater jacuzzi and parking. 100 meters away: access to 2 tennis courts. I paid special attention to the renovation and decoration to make it a charming and peaceful place. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. We are at the foot of the Sainte Baume mountain range, 25 minutes from Cassis and Aix-en-Provence.
