we had a lovely stay. the apartment is as described. clean, functional and very well equipped. Located halfway between the city center and the port, everything is within walking distance. i recommend it.

Third stay in the "Charming studio". Right in the center, quiet, well-equipped: perfect for my use and fully enjoy Perros-Guirec. Julien is a very responsive host.

Very nice little apartment, nice sea view, the terrace is a real plus and we had beautiful weather to enjoy it. The pool is a stone's throw away, which is ideal with children. Thank you for a lovely week.

We had a great stay, the accommodation corresponds in every way to the description of the photos, it is spacious, clean, and functional. The harbor view is beautiful . Perros-Guirec and its region are really worth visiting, both for the quality of the welcome and for these extraordinary landscapes. We'll be back, that's for sure!

Beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A must for recharging. The wooded garden is very large and pleasant with all its flowers (in spring at least) and its direct access to the bay. You can't get enough of the view from the deck. The house is very well equipped (including the kitchen) and is very comfortable. The bedding is very comfy as well. Very nice hikes are possible directly from the accommodation including part of the GR34 (the part between the Diben and Térénez is beautiful!) Thanks to Boris for his responsiveness and kindness.

We had a very pleasant stay in Louannec. The house is ideally located, quiet, functional and very convenient for hosting a family or friendly gathering, everyone finds their space. Emmanuelle's house is a true earthly paradise. Photos are not enough to capture the beauty of the place. Both the inside and out are beautiful. All the rooms of the house allow you to admire a breathtaking landscape, which changes continuously with the rhythm of the tides. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful views of the coast. The interior is carefully decorated and tastefully furnished. The house is super equipped (appliances, dishes, kitchen utensils, games for children, etc.). It offers absolute comfort, unlike many holiday homes, where you can only find the essentials. The maintenance is perfect and the cleanliness exemplary. Nearby are all the useful shops for shopping and Paimpol is a five-minute drive away. Emmanuelle was an exceptional host.

Beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. I wish I could have such a spacious working space at home. The harbour is a few hundred meters away. You can buy there the fresh fish and lobster from local fishermen. We were 6 adults with an infant baby and we were never short of space. I would love to stay again at Sabrina & Sylvain’s house.

Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

Excellent stay in Roscoff in this superb apartment, tastefully renovated. It is functional, comfortable and we had everything we needed to feel good. Everything was super clean, the apartment smelled good and it was very nice. The arrival is very simple, well organized. Finally, Maryse was very friendly, available and the contact was smooth. We recommend it without hesitation!
