Flora's charming waterfront villa is located in the centre of the traditional picturesque village of Melinda, situated 6 km west of the village of Plomari. Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

Beautiful Plomari Cottage

Newly renovated, spacious and stylish house in a quiet street at the heart of Plomari is a perfect place for couples, groups and families of up to 6 people. It boasts an ultra-high ceiling with a lovely gallery. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom and full bathroom on ground floor; additional bedroom, full bathroom, open space with a sofa-bed in the gallery. Amoudeli beach is a 250m stroll. Important note: for safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not allowed up at the gallery

In olive trees, sandy beach 300m - Koutimou

Alone amongst olive and orange groves yet 300m from a beach and the beautiful and very interesting village, Koutimou is special and full of character. Views are 360° from the roof terrace & bedrooms. Hill walks start right behind the house. Shade in the large garden comes from our olive trees (+hammock) and the verandah + swing seat. Inside it is well equipped and comfortable (charming, NOT smart!). Good WiFi. No TV. 5 minute walk to beautiful Plomari centre and harbour. Parking (NOT EASY).

The house has two floors and its own garden. You can have a pleasant time on the balcony on the second floor with a sea view. You can eat your meals, barbecue and relax on the balcony downstairs. You can swim in the warm sand, cold and clean water of Sarımsaklı Beach, which is less than 10 minutes' walk. Places such as bakeries, grocery stores, butchers, pharmacies are also less than 10 minutes' walk away, so you can easily meet your needs.

Our two-level recently renovated maisonette Iris Home is located in the city center. It has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area to enjoy your food with your family and friends overlooking the sea. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower level and continue the view of the endless blue of the Aegean Sea. Within a 2-minute walk, you can find the city's marina, restaurants, cafes and other shops.

Pelagia's house is a seaside house that has been recently renovated while keeping its traditional character along with the memories of many carefree summers. The house has 2 bedrooms with one double and two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable bathroom, air conditioning and wifi in all areas This seaside house is ideal for a quiet and relaxing vacation.
