1st floor apartment very close to the sea in the center

A comfortable and very pleasant stay awaits you in an apartment on the first floor with independent entrance, bedroom, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom, full kitchen, washing machine, fridge and terrace with relaxation corner. The apartment is accessed from the courtyard which is the only thing in common with the floor below, where there is another inhabited apartment. The house is 150 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops.

Chateau Meu: Luxury bungalow by the sea

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.

Villa Tertulia sul mare

Villa Tertulia consists of a double living room, a spacious kitchen and two bedrooms, one double and another with a three-quarter bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. In each room, large windows illuminate the environment and bring the sounds of the sea, from the shallow and sandy seabed, with short more rocky spaces, ideal for children and also for fishing enthusiasts. To be paid upon arrival, the cleaning fee, 50 euros.
