We had an amazing stay – the property really exceeded our expectations! The view was absolutely magical, such a view you have difficulty tearing your eyes off. The location was perfect as a starting point for exploring the area – close to swimming, excursions and well-known places to visit. The accommodation was very child friendly with toys and pool, and everything we needed was there. Our hostess was lovely- she let us stay longer the last day when there would be rain and thunder for the kids not having to be out in the storm. We are very grateful for this extra care that meant a lot to us. We hope to come back – this was a real gem.

Even though the way to the accommodation was a bit adventurous, it was worth it for the view and the tranquility. We made nice memories in the accommodation and would recommend it to anyone.

This outstanding house is a dream getaway! It has absolutely everything you need, and is in a great location - walking distance from the beach, marina, restaurants, bars and a shop for daily bits and bobs, then a cheap Uber into Split for everything else! It felt super luxurious to have the cinema room, games room, spa and gym, plus great outdoor space with plenty seating/sunbathing options - we also loved cooking outside. The patio is a sun trap protected from the wind which was ideal for sunbathing. The hosts were great, great communication even when I made a mistake with the booking. We were greeted with nibbles and juices which was an extra treat, and the nearby host came straight away when we had an issue with the WiFi which got resolved immediately. Couldn't recommend enough!

Luksa was a great host and responded to our questions promptly, he was also very helpful in accommodating our additional requests. The villa was perfect for 6 adults and very well presented making it a really enjoyable holiday. Trogir was a relatively easy 20 minute walk and a beautiful place to visit. Split was a short taxi away and we also hired a boat at Trogir which was a great day out. Can’t recommend this place high enough as long as walking is something you don’t mind, although an Uber would only be a few euros for visiting the main areas.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful! Andrijana and Ante were so helpful throughout the whole trip, in helping us make arrangements beforehand as well, and included some nice snacks and great details upon arrival. The communication was one of the best I’ve experienced - and they responded so quickly to all of our questions. The views from the upstairs terrace is beautiful and our large group appreciated the common area/lounge downstairs for gathering. The location was also really convenient - very easy to walk to sites, restaurants and coffee! Thank you for a great stay!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Anita and Domagoj are great hosts. We are a family of five adults. We arrived quite hungry and were served delicious sandwiches by the hosts. The place is clean and well equipped. The surrounding scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

Fantastic house close to everything. The house was exactly as pictured. Maya has been helpful throughout the process and given us all the information we needed. She has also been easy to reach if we have had any questions. We would love to visit the house again!

We stayed in an old stone house that is a perfect blend of modern and rustic style. As we walked up to the roof terrace, the view stretched from Vitturi Castle, which is 50 meters as the crow flies from the accommodation, over the sea and all the way to the islands in the distance. As night fell, we stayed on the terraces that have a fascinating view of the sunset. Thanks to the hosts who were always available and gave us all the help, especially with finding parking since we stayed in the old town. We walked along the Kaštela promenade, which stretches for several kilometers. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. This was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in.

This stay exceeded all expectations! The views were absolutely breathtaking—specifically the sunset, every moment felt like a postcard. The villa itself was spotless and beautifully designed, with brand-new appliances and all the amenities anyone could need. Everything was modern, easy to use, and clearly well-maintained. It felt like a true home away from home. The peaceful surroundings and the comfort of the space made it hard to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with gorgeous scenery and top-notch facilities. I would love to come back again!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

Well, where do I start. I often wonder about reviews and question the really positive ones. However, this home was beyond expectations. Beautiful, well equipped and soo clean. Lovely kitchen and lounge. Big bedrooms and plenty of storage and hanging space. Beds very comfortable, I sleep well but both my friends say they had the best nights sleep in years. Great balconies. Amazing pool and relaxing area. Big private space and plenty of sun to relax under, It really is as good as previous reviews say.. even better. From the start of my interest, Iris responded quickly and gave suggestions and ideas for local experiences. This villa is perfectly located, minutes from an amazing quiet and almost private beach. Local supermarket 2 min walk away. The village centre with many bars approx 5 mins away. Split 25 mins and Trogir 15 mins by very reasonable uber. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We also saw Iris smaller 2 bed apartment located 5 mins walk away. Again spotless!

The house was beautiful and spacious with a nice pool in the garden.The host explained us everything and even brought us an homemade tiramisu on our second to final day! Overall it was a great experience and I'd recommend everyone who's looking to visit Split or the region to keep this Villa in mind! Couldn’t ask for better hosts, the most hospitable and lovely people.

The place was very nice, with beautiful views. Marina was always available and was quickly available for any questions. Thanks to the heated pool, swimming was still possible at the end of September/beginning of October. Definitely recommended!

An absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, awesome views, beautifully maintained, and even better than the photos. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our visit perfect. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

We have just spent two weeks at Drazen’s house - it truly is a gem of a place! The house is modern , clean and conveniently locate to the stunning town of Trogir - 5mins by car. The pool and outside area is lovely and the views are absolutely stunning !!! You will find many supermarkets close by , the beach is less then a five minutes drive or 20mins walk - Drazen has a parking space at the beach allocated for his guests to use which is very handy! Drazen and his family are very tentative and made my family feel very welcome. I am so glad I chose Drazen’s home for our family holiday

Thank you Toni and Martina for our wonderful stay. They were the perfect hosts and Toni was great at answering any questions before we arrived and whilst we stayed. The villa was beautiful and very well organised and the stocked fridge was lovely. The villa was well situated within easy walking distances of the beaches as well as numerous restaurants and the main supermarket. Great as we didn't hire a car but used taxis and walked. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
