The house is located in a quiet area, and only a few minutes walk to bus,train, taxi. Here you will find local shops, grocery stores, restaurants, wine monopoly, etc. 15 minute drive/bus into Trondheim city center. In the winter, there are prepared ski tracks 300 meters from the house that will take you straight out into the World Cup trails.

Large single-family home with all facilities in a quiet and calm neighborhood. The house has a large porch with good sun conditions and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short distances to several amenities and only 5 minutes to Heimdal city center where you will find several shops and restaurants. Free parking on the property, room for 8 cars, there is also the possibility of charging electricity - Car (type 2) included in the rental price, ( cannot guarantee that it will work on all cars, but works on our Leaf and Tesla model S)

Lian farm - the whole house

Wake up to Trondheim's finest view. You can enjoy your coffee on the terrace or at the cozy old table inside the living room. The house is furnished with peace, comfort and well-being in mind. It is a house that creates a nostalgic and homely feeling. The house is located as part of Lian Gård in Bymarka. There is a previously operated restaurant on the site. The house is only 300 m from Lianvannet and 300 m from the tram terminal. There are two floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The 2-room apartment is renovated with all you need for a stay in Trondheim. There is a full size double bed in the bedroom and a sleeping coach (120x200cm) in the livingroom. The kitchen is completed with an electrical oven, cooktop, integrated coffemachine, ventilator, dishwasher, refrigerator and a fridge. Ski in-ski out in the beautiful forest outside the house. Free parking for several cars in front of house. Public transport near by ( 50 meter )

The cabin in the woods is located on Byneset in Trondheim municipality . Nice view to the Trondheim fjord and a rich wildlife. Close to Byneset golf at Spongdal. 30 min drive with car to Trondheim. The road to the cabin is somewhat steep and winding. In the winter, the road is paved and strewn. A good winter car is an advantage.
