The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to most of what you need in everyday life. The apartment comes with its own parking space, with the possibility of charging an electric car (for a small surcharge, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without annoying insight or noise. There is a dog living with us usually, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, possibly a single mattress.

We rent out our guest apartment, in a stately Swiss villa on Singsaker. There is a room of 24 sqm, a spacious hallway and a great new bathroom. There is no private kitchen available, but the store is a 4-minute walk away. The fortress is nearby with its large green areas and there you can enjoy beautiful views of the city. 10 minutes walk takes you down to Bakklandet with its cozy cafes and eateries, and to the Old Town Bridge. Good bus connections, and walking distance to most things. No partying allowed.

Newly renovated and modern two-bedroom in a quiet area of Byåsen. Bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, providing comfortable sleeping space for up to four adults. Only 5 minutes to walk to the tram that takes you towards the city center, or deep into the field. The apartment is sheltered and secluded in a quiet residential area. Perfect for a quiet stay with proximity to nature and city. Electric car chargers are available. Charging is available for a fee of NOK 75 per charge.
