5th floor open, very spacious, light filled apartment with elevator. Wide views of the Mediterranean Sea and Aeolian islands including Stromboli. Sit on our balcony and enjoy the sunset over the sea, then walk to the historical centre in 2 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars. No car necessary! The town's best pasticceria, Peccati di Gola, is on our ground floor. Tropea has some of the best beaches and lidos in Europe, great festivals, and a great farmer's market every Saturday.

Il Il monolocale è ubicato al piano terra di un antico casale ristrutturato. Dotato di veranda esterna completa di ombrellone, tavolo, sedie e sdraio, di fronte all'alloggio è presente un'area in comune di giardino ben curato con angolo lettura e sdraio, e angolo barbecue, all'interno della struttura si trova anche il posto auto. L'appartamento di 20 mq è composto da camera matrimoniale e angolo cottura unico ambiente e bagno indipendente con box doccia.

Très bel appartement de 85 m2 pour 4 personnes adultes (et un bébé), situé au second étage, entièrement refait à neuf dans un ancien « palazzo du XVIIIeme siècle » . En plein centre historique de Tropea avec vue mer et vue sur 2 places avec 2 balcons. Grande hauteur sous plafond, caractéristique des beaux immeubles anciens, et climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Fenêtres en double vitrage et volets occultants. Escalier d’accès large et confortable.

Delizioso appartamento nel cuore di Tropea; la sua posizione consente di vivere la movida tropeana senza utilizzare alcun veicolo e senza rinunciare al tranquillo riposo notturno. A rendere speciale l'appartamento è lo splendido e ampio terrazzo che affaccia sulla storica e centrale Piazza Ercole, grazie al quale si può godere in pieno relax dei meravigliosi tramonti sul mare di Tropea. inoltre distano solo cento metri le scalinate per la spiaggia.

In the center of the historical district of Tropea

The apartment is placed in the heart of the center of Tropea at the ground floor of a building of notable historical merit and in one of the most famous place in the town (Piazza Galluppi). Ideal for couples and/or families with children. The apartment is carefully cleaned before each entry and bed linen and towels are provided. For all this there is an additional cost to be paid upon entry: Cleaning and check-in €60, linen €10 per person.
