I had an amazing experience staying here! The host was truly exceptional, so welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy vibe. The location couldn’t have been better, central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I would absolutely come back again!

Constantinos was very responsive and easy to communicate with. His home was so lovely and tastefully decorated. The photos don’t show how nice it is! The was no air con and the ceiling fans were not enough for us with the hot evenings, so he kindly sorted out floor fans on our request. The views were so beautiful from wherever you were around the house and patio. We got up early to watch the sunrise. There are plenty of beaches nearby but as a car is necessary (due to the steep hill to the house) you can easily access any of the beaches along the south side. Achladies the nearest beach was lovely and peaceful with a nice restaurant bar. We really felt very happy with everything. Thankyou

Without a doubt, the BEST vacation we have ever had! Not only because of the stunning island, it’s friendly locals and the most spectacular villa (sporting the most beautiful views) but also because of the INCREDIBLE hosts. My sister and I both agree they made our trip extraordinary! Nothing was too much trouble and their hospitality was above and beyond. We are so grateful to have stayed here and are already planning our next trip back to this breathtaking villa (having only left a few hours ago!) Absolutely do not hesitate to book this slice of heaven, but be warned, you will not want to leave! And when you do, make sure to visit Ginfish, the coolest drinks spot on the island! A great location for anyone visiting Skiathos. Merely a 15min drive from the airport and you’re a stone’s throw away from a handful of beautiful beaches to choose from. The apartment is perched high above the main road at bus stop 13, opposite 2 gorgeous beaches (5 min drive or 15min walk), a lovely taverna across the road and a small supermarket 50 meters away. Parking is either across the road in a large area, or up the drive of the property itself. We loved the layout and terrace space. The beds are comfy, the shutters keep things nice and dark at night. You have just enough equipment to be able to enjoy some home comforts. The extra bonus of having a cleaner pop in every now and then was hugely appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend Sofia’s place for a family or group of friends.

Katerina's home was absolutely ideal for our first visit to Skiathos. The location and quality of the home was great - I even feel like the photos and description do not do it justice. The house was well kept and very clean, and if anything needed to be addressed, Katerina would attend to it. Plenty of recommendations and tips were given that really guided our stay and made it memorable. It made the island more accessible. I would recommend that you rent a small car to get around because it is a good distance away from the airport/town, and even if you were to take the bus it will take up a significant time. Otherwise, there is a beach that is walkable (5 min.) with amenities - drinks, benches, food. There are too many good things to say about this place!

Beautiful stay, immersed in a green area away from the little traffic of the island. We were greeted with extreme hospitality by Michaela, who was always very helpful, more than you would expect from a normal host. If we were to return to this beautiful island, we will definitely return to this magnificent corner of peace.
