Great stay with great value! It was within walking distance to the beach and restaurants and ubers to Old San Juan and elsewhere were also super affordable! We did have issues with the shower being either too hot or too cold, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Angel’s studio is a gift. Peace-filled, modern, comfortable and beautifully,, thoughtfully appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. He is a responsive and gracious host. ;-) You will be fully satosfied when you stay in his studio!

Will was amazing and checked up on us and very welcoming and nice. Told us ahead of time about the noice we be having and that was so great and helpful (that was our “alarm clock”) lol which made it easier for us to start the day.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out super easy. Overall, it was a comfortable experience, and I’ll definitely be saving this spot for future visits.

Most comfortable AirBnB I've stayed in Puerto Rico, A/C worked perfectly and having it in the living room was a plus! Be careful driving there and back, especially at night, steep hills up and down. Comfortable beds and very clean and organized, had everything we needed, highly recommend.

Great place, good for 2 people to stay. It was last minute for us. We only needed a place for a few hours and it was perfect.

It was perfect, everything was clean and tidy

It was a nice little studio, perfect for simply having a place to rest your head and freshen up. The studio only had one small window making it feel a tad bit suffocating, but besides that it felt homey. Loved that they had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella as well as plenty of towels and linens. Would stay here again!

The place is beautiful and fit our big group! A little scary getting up the hill, but once there the views are amazing! Host was super responsive and flexible. The amenities and the things left for us to use (beach stuff and even mosquito repellent) were well throughout and necessary!!

Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! Loved staying here. The apartment was nice and spacious. It was easy to find and easy to get into. Jhensen accommodated with early check in so we were able to drop our bags offs and go explore puerto rico. Everyone we met around was super friendly as well. Jhensen communicated quickly and clearly any time we had questions. Such an amazing stay and very close to many of the places we went.

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very cozy and peaceful. The jacuzzi was perfect to wind down at the end of the day and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hosts were quick to respond and attentive. Definitely recommend to stay here!
