Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, it truly felt cozy and welcoming. You can tell the place is cared for with attention to quality and detail. Our host was also very responsive and helpful, quick to reply to questions. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and charming place!

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

Provided address, key code and WiFi prior to our arrival making it easy to request Uber from the airport and readily access our room upon arrival. 24/7 security and attendant at front desk. Historic fort site right across from our balcony. Nice beds. Nice shower. Great A/C. Conveniently located right upstairs of the pool. Walkable to 2 nearby beaches. Condado beach is a little further down Ashford Avenue yet still walkable. Snorkeling right in front of building with lots of tropical fish, starfish and turtles. Easy Uber access pick-up/drop-off steps away by the Caribe Hilton. Definitely a nice unit and wonderful stay. Thank you Wandy and Hernan for making us feel welcomed and checking in to be sure we were enjoying our stay.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

I stayed here for about a week. The airbnb was close to everything walking distance to most places . Very quiet and safe . I’ll definitely book again .

Yayra has taken care of all the details to make you feel comfortable. Freshly cleaned linens, fully equipped kitchen, clean, clean, clean. Even a welcome present 🎁! The location can’t be better, walk everywhere, and so much close by. We always felt safe even walking around late at night. The apartment and the building are very beautiful and unique. In summary, great place, beautiful, accessible, and with everything you will need.

Excellent Airbnb, centrally located near shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Old San Juan. The shared garden is lovely. Highly recommended!

Beautiful clean condo with a great view from the balcony and bedroom window. Bed was huge and comfy, as was the couch. Lots of useful beach amenities like sunscreen, aloe, chairs, lots of beach towels and cooler. Market across the street was just okay, would recommend walking a few minutes further to the Pueblo supermarket instead, but many other walkable shops and restaurants. Beach access was very nice and never too crowded to get a good spot to set up. Pool was refreshing as well. The complex itself was very safe secure and private.

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

Nilda was an exceptional host. It was just my husband and I and the apartment was perfect for two guests. She was very responsive and was kind enough to let us know some details regarding construction near by and conditions of the building. Very clear instructions and directions for check in and check out. Everything you would need but might forget when you’re on vacation is provided with this Airbnb. We arrived 5 hours prior to our check in time and she let us check in early which was very helpful. Also provided us with the option of checking out late to help accommodate with our departure, although we still left at check out time it was very thoughtful of her. I’d book her Airbnb again.

Beautiful and spacious house in a really excellent location. It's a central, walkable neighborhood, but not as touristy as the adjacent Condado. Perfectly comfortable in the mid-day heat with the AC units in the living room and each bedroom. Great food and culture options nearby, and a show 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to great urban beaches. The only issue we had on our stay was that some of the windows do not have glass - only storm shutters and screens - and there were some loud noises which kept us up in the night (loud stereo systems, revving cars, and the tiny but shockingly loud Coqui frog which parked right below one of the windows).

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

Esther and Rosemary were very communitive from before our arrival date till the very end. Super helpful and responsive with everything. Gave a bunch of different recommendations for local restaurants amd places to go.. Very very friendly and nice.. Overall very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!!

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! We had a wonderful stay at this cozy, clean Airbnb that’s perfectly suited for two adults and a toddler. The space was just the right size for us, and the highlight was definitely the stunning views of the beach from the spacious balcony—such a special touch! The location is fantastic: just a short walk/drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and with super easy beach access. The swimming pool was an added bonus, and the property even had beach essentials, which made our trips to the beaches even more convenient. Ida was truly exceptional—she genuinely wanted us to enjoy our vacation and went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. She even called to check in on us during our stay and provided helpful suggestions for local beaches and restaurants. We felt so welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway!

This is a very charming apartment decorated with very good taste. It has lots of extras so you do not have to go out and buy things you might have forgotten. The view is gorgeous. Elevator is new and very efficient. Guards are very friendly and always happy to help. Waves at the beach could sometimes be challenging but there is a public beach less than a mile away which is very calm and quite clear. Highly recommend this place.
