Un rêve de maison cycladique surplombant la mer
Bienvenue en Grèce, dans ma maison ! C’est une maison familiale, typiquement cycladique. Elle a appartenu à mes grand-parents et j’ai essayé d’en garder l’esprit, tout en l’adaptant aux exigences de la vie d’aujourd’hui . Une maison de village, accessible par un charmant escalier, elle est totalement protégée des bruits de la route. Exposée plein sud, (très important, car à l’abri du meltemi, vent du nord qui souffle en rafale tout l’été) , elle surplombe Klima, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs ( à 20mn à pied et 3mn en voiture) et toute la baie intérieure. Environnement très calme de grecs qui vivent là toute l’année et qu’il faut respecter. Des terrasses où prendre son petit déjeuner, et profiter des couchers du soleil incendiaires. A l’intérieur une première grande pièce commune, cuisine, salon avec un petit canapé, une salle de douche et WC, une belle chambre avec son « doulapi » (placard ) inclus dans le mur. Les plafonds sont restés traditionnels, poutres et kalami récemment blanchis à la chaux et dont la vertu est de protéger du bruit et de la chaleur, mais ni des moustiques, araignées et insectes qui peuvent nous rendre visite en dépit des soins constants apportés à la propreté de la maison ! Malgré tout, même si nous sommes tout près de la mer, nous sommes aussi dans la campagne grecque, celle des oliviers, des cyprès, et d’une flore typiquement cycladique; du chant des cigales et des grillons, la nuit tombée. Avec au loin, les clochettes des moutons et le braiment d’un âne. Ce qui rendra votre séjour dépaysant et je l'espère unique !

On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
