Great apartment. Very spacious. Close to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance from the lake. Very well stocked with everything you can want and more in the kitchen. Internet is fast and reliable. Karen is a great host who communicates well and adds a personal touch. The armenian sweets and fresh fruit on arrival was super.

Decent apartment, everything is perfect, thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests. Clean, comfortable. Lovely hostess, always "available". The apartment fully corresponds with the description. I sincerely recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit the beautiful place of Armenia.

This is a new house with a nice shop downstairs. The fruit and vegetable shop is a 5-minute walk, Sas shop and food court are within a 10-minute walk. Cascade is a 40-minute walk. Villi was always available and answered quickly to the messages. Please note that the water is turned off at night in the summer, but it didn't bother us as we were sleeping.

Great apartment with beautiful view to the city

Ani's house was very nice, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything you needed to cook and have an excellent time. The view was simply extraordinary. The building is surrounded by nature, and the yard has a playground. A great time is guaranteed. You can be reached from the building to the center in a few minutes by car, and it is also a pleasant way to walk. I'm so glad I discovered this house. I will be back soon 🤗

Avet and his sister are very good and nice hosts! Very easy to communicate. The flat is exactly how it looks on photos. The big table is a very comfortable place to work. Also, Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is important if you are traveling for work. All kitchen equipment is in good condition. Additional nice thing is that there were some tea and washing powder. That is nice, because, when you stay for a week, you don't want to buy a whole pack. Thank you, Avet and Armine, for a good stay.

It was a nice stay in a lovely apartment with all we need for a three-day visit to Tsaghkadzor. A very good location, comfortable parking and clean and cozy apartment

Newer building. High-rise with partial views of Mt. Ararat (of Noah’s Ark fame). This isn’t right downtown, but it’s the Arapkir/Komitas part of town. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance and the Central District of Yerevan (Kentron) is a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Being on the 7th floor and atop a bit of a hill, you get some nice views at sunset as well as a peek at Ararat. Kitchen has all you need. Bathroom is more to Armenian/Russian standards but clean. Comfortable sofa and big and comfortable bed. Lots of bedroom closet space. Dining area is a big tight for more than two people. Lots of natural sunlight. Big windows.
