The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is comfortable and has a sofa that becomes a double bed, TV & Wi-Fi. The yard is spacious and has two areas to enjoy your breakfast under the shade of the trees. It has air conditioning. It is located next to the municipal Parking.

The villa is next to the Chorefto beach. Built with the basic natural materials from the area, stone and wood. The materials used are considered art constructions, perfectly safe for health and give the entire building a natural colour image. Το Mirka's small house είναι ενα μικρό σπιτάκι κτισμένο πριν από 3 αιώνες σαν βοηθητικό του κυρίως αρχοντικού, το ίδιο παλιό και αυτό. Είναι πετρόκτιστο, δίπλα στον παλιό ξυλόφουρνο. Το ανακαινίσαμε χωρίς να αλλάξουμε την εξωτερική μορφή του και το εξοπλίσαμε με άνετη επίπλωση, μοντέρνα κουζίνα και μπάνιο με ντουσιέρα.
