We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung. Gute Lage nah am Strand. Der Strand ist an dieser Stelle leer. Schöne schattige Terasse.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

The accommodation was as described. It features a very spacious living room, a kitchen, and 2 large bedrooms. There is ample furniture, making it suitable for a large family to comfortably stay. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary amenities. The views from the windows are magnificent. The hosts are very responsive and quick to address any questions. You will also have the opportunity to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a cup of coffee with this wonderful family. The dog and cat were equally friendly. A store with a wide assortment is located 200 meters away. Overall, if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will like it here.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Отличное место для отдыха с семьей. Море очень близко и проход к нему через приятный сосновый лесочек. На пляже нет лежаков и тд, но в доме есть зонт и подстилка. Но подстилку лучше брать свою с собой В доме есть все, что нужно для отдыха. Очень удобные две спальни, каждая со своим душем и туалетом. Третья спальня в отдельном помещении типа гостиной, на проходе к другим двум спальням. То есть, две спальни полноценно изолированные, а третья менее комфортная и на проходе Во дворике удобное место для парковки автомобиля, есть кресла, столик, мангал. Единственное, что дрова для мангала не входят в стоимость и мы заплатили за них дополнительно 30 лари. Также в стоимость входят велосипеды, которые можно взять покататься. Мы несколько раз брали, покатались по окрестностям, но я бы не сказала, что есть много интересных мест, куда можно съездить. Но сама идея с велосипедами-супер Хозяева очень быстро отвечают и помогают во всех вопросах Спасибо!

Дом просто невероятный! мы отмечали новый год большой компанией, отлично провели время) дом большой, в нем есть вообще все необходимое, очень уютно

Мы провели замечательное время в апартаментах в Dreamland Oasis в Чакви! Приезжали семьёй и останавливались в двухкомнатной квартире — всё было идеально. Апартаменты чистые, просторные, светлые и полностью соответствуют описанию. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха, чувствуется забота о гостях. Территория комплекса — отдельное удовольствие: зелёная, ухоженная, с отличной инфраструктурой. Особенно порадовали бассейны — прекрасно подходит как для взрослых, так и для детей. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке — очень приятная, внимательная и всегда на связи. Общение было лёгким и приятным, чувствовали себя как дома. Смело рекомендуем это место и с радостью приедем снова!

Все очень понравилось! Переживали что это все таки орби волна и может быть шумно или долго ждать лифт - ничего подобного. Было комфортно, тихо, шумоизоляция хорошая, на лифт нет очередей, расположение супер! В кв все чисто, очень уютно, супер удобная кровать, матрац, подушки, просто лег и сразу уснул. Куча всяких светильничков атмосферных, красивая посуда. Техника вся работала исправно. Чистые полотенца, вид шикарный, рядом есть магазины и 3 мин до пляжа. Прямо напротив большой Молл. То что есть Netflix прям супер, советую сериал «Сирены» глянуть)) Хозяйка очень отзывчивая, расписала супер подробно как заселиться. Заселение и выселение самостоятельное. Даже разрешила нам побыть в номере подольше в день выселения, чтобы мы не таскались с чемоданами на жаре. Рекомендую!! И обязательно если приедем ещё раз арендуем эту кв ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Anatoliy’s flat in Batumi. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the essentials a traveler could need. The location was perfect, with a stunning view from the balcony. Anatoliy was a fantastic host—he welcomed us personally and even brought delicious cookies by his wife Aleksandra. He was always quick to respond and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

Я провел три ночи в этом жилье и остался очень доволен. У нас была возможность насладиться барбекю и поплавать в бассейне, что сделало отдых еще приятнее. Красивая крыша с потрясающим видом добавила атмосферы. Удобная парковка была большим плюсом. Особо хочу отметить хозяина, который всегда был на связи и готов помочь в любой ситуации. Рекомендую это место для отдыха!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

The apartment was little bit small, but convenient. Little bit far from city center. But the apartment itself and the district it is in was amazing. The wine compliment was a good extra touch :)

Nako was always helpful and kind whenever I had any questions. I visited for a month or so and because the flat had everything, I could continue in my routine as I would in my own home. The view from balcony is beautiful, there is everything available around the house:). Would defo recommend! 🎀🌸

Очень близко к морю. В жилье прохладно, что приятно летом. В соотношении цены качества, это жильё на 4.5, округляем до 5.

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

Отличное жилье рядом с морем, рядом есть автобусная остановка и магазины. Отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, when we visited Batumi. We really liked that it was very easy to check-in/check-out and the hostess was very helpful with instructions and addressed promptly our requests! Location is very cool, because you could easily access beach, Old Town and other cool places. I would definitely recommend this apartment for short to mid-term trips.
