Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.
