Tutto perfetto. Posizione e alloggio all’altezza. Tutto corrisponde alle descrizioni e l’arredamento di qualità. Molto soddisfatto e Ketino è un’ ottima host.

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Zura’s apartment for six months, and it truly felt like home. The apartment is perfect for digital nomads or travelers, situated in a peaceful neighborhood just a short walk from the city center. Marina is the kindest and most attentive host we’ve ever met, making us feel so welcome that we stayed longer than planned. We spent 3 nights at Irine’s place and loved it. It’s exactly as described/pictured and surrounded by a sweet little garden. The terrace is a perfect additional space to enjoy time away from the city. Just 5 mins walk from Colchis Fountain. Irine’s lovely mum lives next door. She greeted us with big smiles when we arrived. We chatted via Google translate and also meet Irine’s husband who was also very friendly and chatty (in English). The place is perfect. Comfy bed, good shower, clean, quiet, well equipped and well located. Stay here!

Dear Tamta, Thank you so much for hosting us! We had a great time in your apartment. The view over Kutaisi Central Square was absolutely beautiful – we enjoyed it every day. The location was also perfect: very central, so we could walk everywhere easily. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and everything was very nicely decorated. We also really liked the balcony – it was a lovely extra touch and made our stay even more comfortable. Thanks again for everything. Brilliant apartment. pleasantly clean, fresh and fragrant. In addition, there is a washing machine in which you can quietly wash things after walking in the mountains, it was pleasant that the host provided us with mini toiletries for the bathroom, towels, slippers and kitchen basics. From my side it was phenomenal and to be repeated. I would like to add that somehow a person from Poland had a problem with the location of the pin where to go. G00gle Maps made it a little difficult to get to the apartment, but the wonderful host mother Nino helped in getting there. 😀

We were staying in apartment during two weeks. And during that period I was enjoying with nature around - so calm, green, lots of birds singing around, flowers:) Apartment is so clean, comfortable. All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are available. Bed is comfortable for sleeping, so I could relax well. Also apartment has balcony and terrace, place for barbecue. Owner really cares about her guests. Near to apartment are located Central Park with balneological zone. And in about one hour's drive away are located famous natural areas: Martvili and Okatse canyons, caves, Green lake with fish farm and lots of waterfalls and rivers around. Highly recommend this apartment, especially if you want to escape from big city:)

Amazing appartement in a newly built block in Kutaisis right next to white bridge. The flat is well equipped, very clean and newly renovated with modern style. Very comfy bed, bath, etc. Enjoyed staying there, will return for sure

Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

Tinatin was a nice and responsive host sending us all the useful details prior our arrival. There her mom took care of the check in and was responsive when had questions. The appartement is good price/quality ratio and is very well located close to many of the touristic places. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Tinatin apartment.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant
