It is located in Wando town, located on a hill overlooking the town. It has a good view. It is located close to Wando Passenger Terminal, Conference Center, Café, Oilfield, Mart, etc., where the boat goes to Liquidation and Jeju. When you sit on a rooftop bench and drink tea, the sea opens up like a front yard. Wando Tower, New Bridge, sunshine... A beer with a night view is also very good. Most of all, it's been remodeled into the host's second-hand house, so it should make you feel more welcoming. ＜ Neighborhood Walk ＞ is a cultural space that has been remodeled into a two-story single-family house. The first floor was opened in 2019 as an independent bookstore that mainly deals with literature and humanities. The second floor stay space is a space where Yoonjak, a bookkeeper on the first floor, used to live while working. Guests have private access to the entire 2nd floor. (For reference, the bookstore on the first floor is currently closed in 2024 for health reasons, and it is used as a workshop for Yoonjak.)
