Edificio excelente para una escapada sin tanta gente en las areas comunes, tiene muy buena ubicacion ya que está en Tucacas y no en boca de aroa o fuera de tucacas. Tiene muy buen servicio de vigilancia y atencion al huesped. Cuenta con salida a la playa, tobogan en la piscina, parque infantil y 3 parrilleras que pueden usar sin pagar nada adicional. Para entrar cobran brazaletes a tan son solo $2 mientras que en otros edificios cobran $5.
