The Wash House Studio is secluded in the heart of Orford close to the local shops and restaurants and Pump Street Bakery. We also have off street parking. It's a stylishly converted, self contained double studio with en suite and amazing views to the water from our meadow across to the river Ore. You can use the Shepherd's Hut too! Ideal for a couple, a 3rd person can be squeezed in, and your dog is also welcome.

A L shaped private dwelling with 2 banks of 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a large pond in a secluded sunny courtyard. Suitable for 4 adults. We welcome tradesmen .There is off road parking on a large gravel drive to park large vehicles on safely. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed . Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there is not enough access for a wheelchair,. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped with most items.
