A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. The location is ideal, quiet while being close to everything. Special mention for the host, extremely responsive, thoughtful and caring. The Villa was perfectly located among olive trees with seaview on the hillside above Turanj. The Villa was spacious and very nice with 4 separate apartments on the second floor and two large bedrooms on the first floor (parts of the first floor was closed/private). The garden was very cozy and had a great pool area in connection with a dining area / kitchen. This made it very easy to spend time outside with short distanse to refreshments. The Outdoor grill made it perfect to prepare barbeque for large groups. The layout of the outside area included many sitting areas with shade (during hot summer days). The pool was nice and very clean. The host was increadible with a service-mindset that is beyond expectations! Always available for help and lots of good tips. This really made the stay at the Villa a special and unique experience. All in all a very pleasant holiday experience in a beatiful villa with a wondeful host!

Josip and his family were great hosts, we felt really like at home! They were proactive and helped us with all our questions. We even got a gift, and could use their bike to go to the bakery in the morning! The apartment was great, location is excellent. The place is great for families with kids, as the beach is next to the apartment and the water is quite peaceful and shallow. Small shops and bakeries are less than 1km away, and a big shop (Plodine) is about 2km away. Zadar is also close by, if someone is interested in a busier town and doing more sightseeing.

Ivo and his wife was so helpful and fast to respond to messages. They made us feel so at home and were incredible hosts. The place was high up on the mountain and it was so private, peaceful and tranquil. The views from the property are incredible. The infinity pool is fantastic which also has the fantastic views. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The property is very well equipped for cooking with a hob and outdoor grill. The town of Marina is about a 20 minute drive with a great selection of bars and restaurants and also a supermarket. Enjoyed our trip very much would highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Our stay was amazing. The apartment was very spacious, modern, well-equipped, and exceptionally clean. Communication with the host was great. Despite the lack of flexibility on check-in and check-out hours, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for a few hours after check-out. I can very much recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this modern beautifully clean house with a pristine pool. Ideal location to walk less than 100m to the sea and plenty of secure parking on site. We would highly recommend to others with a few bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment is not far from the sea in a quiet area (on the border between two countries) and nearby you can find all the necessary services (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). Upon our arrival we were greeted by Stipica's mother, a very kind lady who lives in the apartment below and who immediately made herself available to any of our needs. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need and our stay was very pleasant.
