Búda 2 brings an unforgettable experience in the form of accommodation in the nature of Liptov, which offers wonderful views, silence and relaxation. It also includes a private hot tub included, which is available to guests throughout their stay. Enjoy coffee on the deck a few feet off the ground, unhurried mornings on the property where you are sure to miss nothing. There is our other property nearby, but don't worry about losing privacy, the cottage is oriented so that guests will meet at the most in the shared parking area.

Apartment under Šípom

Accommodation in a unique environment with year-round activities, a short trip to the Little Fatra, Great Fatra, Chočské vrchy, Tatras, but also a short trip to Orava Castle or Liptovská Mara. The large yard offers space for smaller children, who will find swings, a garden house with a sandbox and a slide. In the garden, there is space, for example, for badminton, or just a pleasant sitting in the grass. Protected parking directly in the yard and generous accommodation is perfect for one or more days of recreation.

You can go hiking in the nearby area or just enjoy undisturbed moments by the fire. It’s hidden on the edge of forest and meadow. 600m, approx 10 minutes from the shooting range in Turany.

New Apartment South terraces- with private jacuzzi

The apartment is near the city of Žilina (10 min. by car), offers a large kitchen, a cozy living room and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is located in a new building, it is fully equipped, furnished with new furniture. It also offers a spacious terrace with a gas barbecue grill (free for guests). The private jacuzzi is located in the room, right next to the apartment. The price for the jacuzzi is 35€/4h. A cot is also available. For stays longer than three nights, guests receive a gift.

If you want perfect privacy and cottage like charming atmosphere in the centre of a small town then our little "cazinha" - chalet is the one you are looking for ... Everything is on walking distance including the Billa supermarket and some fine restaurants or bars. Ruzomberok has a strategic location, you are not far from Malino Brdo orJasna ski centre and there are quite many wellness centres located on a short distance from the town, such as Tatralandia, Besenova or Gotal in Liptovska Osada.

Byt sa nachádza priamo v centre mesta, v tichej časti, pár metrov od pešej zóny, s výhľadom na mestský park. Je na prvom poschodí, bez výťahu. Byt je plne vybavený, so všetkým spotrebičmi, vrátane žehličky a žehliacej dosky či fénu na vlasy. V okolí nájdete viacero reštaurácií, potraviny, obchodné centrum Galéria, kino Moskva či Slovenské komorné divadlo. V blízkosti sú tiež autobusové zastávky a pošta. Martinská fakultná nemocnica a vlaková stanica sú vzdialené cca 10 min na pešo.

Štúdio Helena v centre

Zrekonštruované štúdio sa nachádza v centre mesta v budove na treťom poschodí v podkroví. Štúdio je zariadené tak, aby bola oddelená nočná časť od dennej. Súčasťou štúdia je samostatná kúpeľňa s toaletou. Kuchyňa je vybavená vstavanou chladničkou, indukčnou prenosnou varnou doskou a základným riadom. V kúpeľni sú hosťom k dispozícii uteráky a osušky. V cene ubytovania je aj posteľné prádlo. Do centra sa dostanete peši za 3 minúty. V štúdiu, ako aj v celej budove, je zákaz fajčenia.

Útulný samostatný apartmán s krbom v novom rodinnom dome sa nachádza v obci Sučany, len pár minút od centra mesta, lyžiarskych stredísk, krásnej prírody vhodnej na turistiku, bicyklovanie, hubárčenie, rybolov, či kúpanie prírodné alebo v aquaparkoch. Posedíte si v teplom počasí v záhradke s možnosťou grilovania, alebo v chladnom počasí pri krbe, využite infrasaunu pre 2 osoby. K dispozícii je aj cestovná detská postieľka, masérske služby. Infrasauna a drevo je za poplatok 5€ /deň.

We offer accommodation in the village of Višňové. It's a house divided into 3 apartment units. The room for 3 people has a bedroom and a bathroom. Room has a separate entry, wifi, TV. There is also a yard and parking. In the bathroom, you will find, toilet, shower. The room has a kitchen counter with a microwave, fridge and double bed. There is a double bed and a single bed in the room. We also offer studio rental for two guests and apartment for 4 guests.

Malá Praha in the center of Žilina

To save money on hotels, I renovated in 2012 the second apartment in the basement of our house to offer accommodation to artists and performers coming to Stanica & Nová synagóga art centres where I work. When it is free, travelers and tourists are welcome. We are in the town centre, in great neighborhood called Mala Praha (Little Prague), close to everything and quiet in the same time. I really like hosting guests.
