The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

It has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a propane grill. There is plenty of parking area for trucks/trailers.

The Piney House

The Piney House is a TINY house nestled on a hobby ranch located 5 minutes from I-40 and about 20 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Feels secluded but is 10 minutes from many restaurants and attractions. What we lack in size, we make up for in serenity-over the top cleanliness and all the extras you can think of. Leo and Ofilia’s Bunk House

The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
