Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat.The ground floor includes a living room with aged mosaic floor, comfortable kitchen with refrigerator ,microwave ,cooking area and a washing machine, coffee maker, toaster etc and an inspiring bathroom. The first floor is the place of the bedroom in which at least four persons can sleep comfortably. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, towels , bedding ,hair dryer, iron, and boards, tv, dvd, wireless internet connection for your laptop. Is great for a couple and also for families with 2 adults & 2 - 3 kids,and for adults company or teenagers company. Just a few meters away from the building , is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Tavernas and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go daily on trips to other Dodecanese islands or to other beaches in Rhodes . Our holiday home is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors, 185 m² of usage area, and on the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has a master bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

Our guest house in Marmaris Orhaniye is a 70 m2, one-bedroom, single-story house in a garden. Its construction was completed in 2019 and it was furnished with new items. The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa that becomes a double bed when opened. In addition, a single folding bed can be added. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioners. There is a 50m2 shared swimming pool. My wife and I live in another house in the same 1600 m2 garden.
