Great fishing spot, very typical Alabama homestead. They are investing in quality structural material, the new windows are excellent. The grounds were mowed, not an easy task, but important for a riverside house. There is lots of seating, tables, and couches. I appreciate them sharing their homestead. Hope they are able to maintain it for the future generations.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Shannon’s home. The house was beautifully decorated and even prettier than the pictures. We enjoyed being on the water and waking up each day to the expansive views of the river. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed, very clean and Shannon was friendly and responsive. We will definitely look into staying at this property again when in the area.

We enjoyed staying here. The reasons why we stayed here were because of the play pen and the king size bed. There were baby toys that were at the property which helped keep the little one occupied for a moment. All in all a good space to stay in Florence.

This home was the perfect weekend getaway! The dock and fireplace allowed for peaceful time outside, the inside of the house was beautiful and clean, and it was close to stuff while still being secluded. We love to golf at RTJ, and this house is a super short drive to the course. We will definitely be coming back soon!
