The 50 sqm apartment with separate The entrance has a spacious kitchen with a south-facing view of the forest edge, mountains and lake, a bedroom and a bathroom. In about 10 to 20 minutes you can walk to the Bernrieder Nature Park and the lake shore with numerous dreamy swimming coves. There is a private parking space available on the property. There is a storage space for bicycles.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Unsere moderne Zwei-Zimmer-Einliegerwohnung bietet eine kleines Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, eine Abstellkammer, ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche und zwei sonnige Terrassen. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Zugang über den Garten. Parken ist an der kaum befahrenen Straße möglich. Durch die ländliche Lage empfiehlt sich ein Auto. München ist in ca 35 Minuten, die Berge in 50 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar.

The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

This private cosy house in our garden has its own private terrace and everything a little house needs. Only 30 Minutes from Munich centre and 25 to Oktoberfest directly by train. Kids are welcome - extra baby bed no problem (we have 3 kids and love dogs)
