BEAUTIFUL BEACH HOUSE WITH POOL.

Casa Pura Vida is located on the oceanfront and has been created with love and dedication, offering your vacation peace, harmony and comfort. Pool, hammock, palapa that merge into the unique and wonderful San Antonio beach. It is a relatively undeveloped and sparsely populated beach settlement, located on the north coast of Veracruz, 17 km from downtown Tuxpan. The house is in a very safe area to enjoy the sun or the stars at night.

A shared pool area is framed by manicured grass and palm trees, with several lounge chairs positioned around the pool. A small gazebo is visible, providing shade. Residential buildings line the opposite side of the pool, enhancing the community feel.

My house is simple but it is located in one of the safest subdivisions in the city, located in a strategic area far enough away from traffic and the bustling center where you will have the necessary rest, completely safe and with privacy. Ideal for small families as we have children's areas, a pool, and a clubhouse. I don't recommend it for people looking for luxurious stays or hotel-like amenities.

Nice and comfortable new apartment on the ground floor, very close to the pool and an OXXO. Safe and quiet area, with parking available; the entrance door has a smart lock. We are about 20 minutes from the beach. To access the pool, you need to make a reservation; capacity is limited. If you would like to use the pool, before booking, please contact me to check availability.
