The hotel room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff, notably Nazim abi, was extremely helpful. They took care of all of our requests. The location isn’t too bad either, just a ten minute walk from the nearest metro (Imes). For the price I payed, I was extremely happy. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home. Communication with Bayram was smooth and easy throughout. We would gladly stay here again — highly recommended!

The apartment was even better than in the photos! Very clean, well decorated, spacious and above all with a huge balcony with an absolutely magnificent view of the sea – a real joy at any time of the day. The host was warm, available and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

we rented the villa for a week. we really enjoyed the entire place and especially the garden. the villa was very clean also all place was quite and Mr Levent was a helpful person as well. if I have the chance I'll definitely rent it again. I really recommend. Thanks🎉🎉

Amazing late night staff and super cozy home

I normally booked somewhere else. However, since the host didn't contact me, I canceled my reservation and booked the Barış brain house at the last minute. She contacted me right away and made a lot of advice and suggestions. He was very friendly and sincere. I stayed at his place as if it were my own. He's a great host. Definitely recommend. Thank you too.

Our stay was just great! Incredible host and incredible house You feel yourself like in a castle there, house a big and so nice equipped. It was EXTRAORDINARY. I think it's one of the best apartments I've rented in Istanbul. The breathtaking view of the islands. The cleanliness of the place, the access to the metro and the shopping centers very fast. I highly recommend this apartment, Mehmet was very responsive, very professional and really very kind. The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.
