Original southern house from 1850. Significantly renovated winter and spring 2019. The house was originally somewhere else, and was moved to the place it now stands in the 1900s. The house is full of charm that we've chosen to keep. Among other things, floors and walls are crooked. But the traveler itself is right. Windows are leveled, but parts of living room and rooms either. This means that you either love the house, or annoy yourself. The floors are sanded to original floors from the 1900s. The outdoor area is upgraded with plating.

Short distance to Arendal, Tvedestrand, Risør city center, by car and boat. Here time can be enjoyed. Boating, swimming life, restaurants, marinas, idyllic islets and islands. Very good hiking and training opportunities from the property. Either along the coast or into the woods among small waters. This is Southern Norway at its very best.

Book a one of a kind stay with Lindland Nature. Get access to the whole Øvretunet with a main building, a bridal suite and associated sauna. A rustic, unique, and different space that focuses on reuse. The suite has a beautiful location out in the nature, with a lovely view and a nearby water (w/boat access). The suite itself consists of bed, fireplace, “neck balcony” and fun decoration. This gem sits in a private sculpture park. Here you will find many inspiring art installations, experimental architecture, etc.

the apartment has a fantastic sea view and an all year open jacuzzi (room for 7 people). Big bedroom with 180cm bed. bedroom 2 has bunk beds 140x200 and 90x200. bedroom 2 is not yet connected to the apartment (see pictures). sleepersofa in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop (8 busses in 1 hour). the apartment is equipped with everything you need! if there's anything at all, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Huset strekker seg over tre etasjer med sjel, historie og utsikt rett ut mot skjærgården. Her får du åtte soverom og plass til opptil 15 personer – med mulighet for 3 ekstra sengeplasser ved behov.
