Karen was very friendly and welcoming. Little Waves was immaculately clean. The accommodation is cosy and compact with everything you need. Karen was helpful in getting us settled in. Her recommendations for meals out were useful, as was her recommendation of boat hire to visit the Farne Islands.

Was a very clean and tidy flat just like the photos. Ben was really helpful sending a video ahead of our stay to let us know how to use the coffee machine and more detail about the facilities. It was a really hot heatwave whilst we were there but Ben had provided Dyson fans in both the main room and bedroom which helped a lot and also had advised how best to keep the flat cool. Beautiful flowers on the counter too when we arrived was a lovely touch 🫶

I cannot fault this place, beautiful inside and full of character with everything you would need for a holiday. Located centrally with everything Kelso has to offer on your doorstep. Highly recommended!

Charles and Jane were excellent hosts. The apartment is in the basement of the house, but was not a problem to access down to, even for our dogs. The croissants and home made jam were a lovely touch. All in all a lovely stay, although brief. We certainly would stay again if in the area.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is beautifully decorated with so much character—stylish, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The setting was perfect too—peaceful, charming, and a great base for exploring the area. What really made the experience stand out were the hosts. Super friendly and welcoming, with incredible local knowledge that totally upgraded my trip. From hidden gems to the best spots to eat and explore, their tips made all the difference. Thanks you for a fabulous holiday. North Berwick is an absolute gem and the flat is so well situated to enjoy everything there is to offer. Right across from the beach, the kids were thrilled! The flat was lovely and we had a very comfortable stay. The views from the living room window were stunning and I could have sat there for hours. The flat has everything you would need and lots of thoughtful extras. We were very sad to leave and will certainly miss that view! Thank you for helping us to have a much needed relaxing break in such stunning surroundings x

Had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights. Helen and Nigel were perfect hosts. Lovely location and very quiet at night. Plenty parking right outside the accommodation. A lovely comfy king size bed, good shower and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. As we had our dog with us, the enclosed, sheltered courtyard garden was a plus. This was perfect for us and thoroughly recommend.

We were a group of six friends and stayed in this lovely part of Northumberland for a long weekend. The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The garden has sun all day and we enjoyed sitting out for breakfast and early evening drinks. It was lovely to be so close to the beach too. Rebecca was a super- responsive host, gave clear info about how to find the house and where useful things like beach towels and picnic rugs were stored ahead of our arrival. She also sent great tips about the local area and suggestions of where to eat. Thoroughly recommend.

Great base for exploring the locality. The property was exactly as described, superbly well-equipped & ideal for our family get together - v much a home-from-home. A garden would have been an extra cherry on the top, but with the War Memorial green outside the front door and the beautiful beach only a stone's throw away that's certainly NOT a complaint! There was plenty of local bird life - blackbirds, sparrows (more than one variety), sand martins, robins, meadow pipits, white throats, stone chats, linnets, larks, swallows, oyster catchers, herons, swans and crows, not forgeting the gulls with their fluffy chicks. We also saw some otters crunching on their catch (crab?) at the foot of the old Berwick bridge, although we didn't get to see any dolphins (maybe next time?). The cliff walk along to Cocklawburn Beach followed by a wander over the rocks there at low tide (fascinating geology!) made a brilliant outing, as did a trip to the National Trust's Cragside (an hour by car).

Such a lovely, spacious house. Even better than the photos. Easy to park and very quiet. The outside space catches the late afternoon sun. Amble is a beautiful place, with good restaurants and bars, literally round the corner. Recommend The Tithe, and the Italian for good food and The Lounge for great open mic night. Beautiful walks to Walkworth and Houghton along the coastal path. Thankyou for a great stay.

Immaculate property. Lovely big kitchen/ dining / living area, with an additional living room- well equipped with beautiful old books and lots of games. Gorgeous garden, very private, and amazing views. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely linen and towels. Very clean and tidy. Everything we wanted and more. We were a group of 8 ladies on a walking / yoga weekend- and we loved everything. We can’t wait to return.

Matthew is a great host. Fixtures, fittings and furnishings are of very good quality. We really enjoyed staying at the Hideaway. It was warm, comfortable and peaceful. We would highly recommend staying there. Thank you.

My son and I had a lovely 5 day stay at The Counting House. It is modern and spotlessly clean, with all you would need for a comfortable stay, with 2 good sized bedrooms. It is in an excellent location for visiting places along the Northumbrian coastal route, such as Lindisfarne, Bamburgh, Seahouses, Beadnell, Craster and Dunstunburgh Castle.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay in Foulden this summer. We were in the area to visit family so weren't in the house much but spent a lovely sunny evening with a glass of wine in the beautiful garden and enjoyed looking out over the fields from the front of the house too! The place was spotless and the decor really nice. We would definitely come back!

Second time staying at this beautiful cottage and hopefully not our last. Such a nice location, John and Marion are great hosts. The cottage is spotless and has lots of nice touches. Would highly recommend.

Great little home for our quick stay near St Andrews! We also booked ocean side sauna reservations at the new spot in Cellardyke, short walk from the home. The Haven restaurant is just around the corner as well and serves excellent food, cocktails and pints. It’s a quick drive to St Andrews and all the golf/shopping/ruins youd want to explore. I loved the historical information in the home folder as well! Thanks for letting us stay! We’ll be back.

Linda's apartment was a great place to stay to visit Alnwick and the surrounding area. it was close to shops and restaurants but also very quiet. The apartment was beautiful my clean and well equipped and also extremely comfortable. communication was great and access to the apartment was easy. We would recommend this property for a visit to Alnwick and surrounding areas.

Very comfortable, everything you could need was provided. Helpful information in folder within the apartment which answered all the questions about the apartment and the area. Parking easy with clear instructions provided. Amazing view of castle and great to watch the lighting of the beacon in remembrance of VE Day from window. All in all, a great apartment in a great location with seamless communication with owners. Thank you.

We had a great stay in Prestonpans. Visiting Edinburgh for the marathon this location was perfect for us. The apartment had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and Georgi & Yoanna were so great - providing us with helpful information in advance and really paying attention to our needs and interests. We couldn’t have asked for better.

Fantastic location in the centre of Alnwick, within walking distance of all the towns restaurants/bars and attractions. The balcony was a great way to spend each morning with a brew in the sunshine and the rest of the apartment was extremely spacious! Barry was a fantastic host, who was easy to get in touch with and very forthcoming. Overall, excellent weeks stay away.

Ideal position for exploring the Northumberland coastline and surrounding area. Alnwick is a pretty town and John's flat is within easy walking distance. We loved our stay, thank you

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a long weekend celebrating with family who live locally. The apartment was perfect, great location, clean, and just want we needed. The hot tub was a complete win with our children. The courtyard is private and a real sun trap. We will be back.

Myself, my partner and friends visited for the weekend and had a fab time. Lesley-Ann was a brilliant host and the apartment was beautiful in the perfect location. The handbook was filled with loads of info on things to do, recommended restaurants and bars etc. Would 100% stay again and would recommend highly ❤️
