Modern Self contained Studio close to city centre

Jan was a great host, really approachable and friendly. We came by train and she went above and beyond to make things easier. The space was clean and tidy but had pretty much everything we needed. West Blean woods is virtually on the doorstep. Getting into town is fairly straightforward.

The Studio beside The Barn

David's one of the best hosts I've ever met, very friendly and helpful. We've had all the recommendations and instructions that we needed. The place itself is nice as well, very comfy bed plus new&clean bathroom. We've had a wonderful stay and lovely conversations with David, will definitely come back in future to check out the zoos nearby!

Private Indoor Pool - Honeywood Lodge

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

Tyler Hill House Annex, a converted stable

WendyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We enjoyed four nights at this lovely property. Big enough for two, enjoying mostly good weather, we could open the doors at the front and the side, to enjoy the beautiful views that are Mary’s garden. Although we had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Mary, she, and Boo, were happy to give directions, best restaurants, bus routes etc. Although the kitchen was compact, there was plenty of fridge space for goodies bought locally , and of course the wine! Lots to do, easy bus into Canterbury, the Cathedral is a must. The Samphire restaurant in Whitstable was recommended and we enjoyed a lovely lunch there.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll absolutely be staying here again the next time we’re in Kent. Highly recommended!

Stay Canterbury. Superb Flat & Location + Parking

CherylRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Firstly the host was tremendously helpful & reponsive, made the stay a lot easier! The flat was cool, very handy considering the warm (hot) weather while we were staying. Worth noting that there are a couple of fairly steep steps up into the bedroom, this could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. Kitchen had all you could want to prepare food. Bus stop is very close to the flat, heading both into the city, and out to the seaside at Whitstable. Overall a pleasant flat for a few days away.
