Stayed at Michaels whilst working at the University and it was superb. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Communication was great throughout. Highly recommend.

The Fireman’s bungalow is an incredible place to stay. In a scenic quiet location, it a fully kitted out for anything you may need for a trip away. Everything was modern and pristine with amazing decor and attention to detail!

We're back from a one night stay at Stephen's place. The house was clean, modern, well maintained and homely. Stephen was good at communicating with us. We certainly recommend this house and would stay again.

Lovely accommodation and great host. We very much appreciated the spacious house plus the animals on the farm and local wildlife. Caroline was was very welcoming and offered useful suggestions for things to do and ways to get about.

I stayed 4 nights at The Snug, travelling daily to watch County Championship Cricket at Riverside Stadium, Chester le Street; the journey took about 15 mins. Access to The Snug was easy, using the key box. Although small, the use of space is perfect and a credit to Leona and Philip. I brought some food with me for an evening snack and a lunchtime pack-up at the cricket and used the fridge provided. My main meal of the day was Leona’s excellent inexpensive cooked breakfast; delicious 😋. The seating was comfortable and the bed perfect for a cozy night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and spacious, with both bath and separate shower. The weather although dry was quite cold but The Snug heats up quickly and efficiently. All in all a really good stay and I will revisit next time I’m in the area.

Stayed here for quite a long period of time and was a great house. Everything was as described and in a nice area.

Ami’s place was even better than we expected: spotlessly clean, airy and bright rooms, super comfy sofa, great TV to enjoy a movie, kitchen had everything needed to prepare full meals, and it was also perfect for our dogs. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also very clean, good quality linen, fluffy towels, just great! Yes…as everyone says, there are no blinds, but this wasn’t an issue at all. You can use a sleep mask if annoyed by the brightness in the early morning. Please, don’t let this be a decisive feature not to stay at Ami’s place. It was honestly one of the best stays we had. And make sure to treat the house respectfully, since it is her home (which makes this place great, because everything is of highest quality and looked after with care). Thank you so much, Ami!

Great place to stay, about 15 mins drive to the city centre and close local amenities. The house was clean & tidy, & communication with Juliette was excellent. Check out the views along the river Tyne, especially at sunset! Only a 5 min walk behind the house 😁

Gorgeous caravan, we had a lovely stay! Kate was super friendly and helpful. Amazing that they allow pets as that’s hard to find nowadays. Provided everything you would need plus a welcome basket. Can’t wait to stay again!

Love this place, right by the beach, and a beautiful beach too. The host was so responsive and helpful from start to finish. The place was immaculately clean, just as described, lovely and warm with all the utensils and appliances working exactly as they should. Easy to walk to town, with a Co-Op and pubs and restaurants there. Shower pretty good too. Family bathroom and a small but useful en-suite to the main bedroom

Looks just like the pictures, very large homely cabin, beautifully situated.

Sue greeted us at the lodge on atribal and is such a kind hearted person. When she opened the door to let us in, we were blown away at the sheer size of it!! The photos do not do it justice at all - the lodge is one of the biggest we have stayed in with walk in wardrobes in both rooms. An en-suite to the master and a bath in the bathroom!! The decking got sun from mid day through night and it was tucked away in a quiet spot with a grassy area outside - probably in the best spot on the site by far!!! We went with 3 children (1,6 and 11) and were so happy to see there is a cot/high chair/ baby bath/bouncer/toys/books and lots of games for all ages - we could have left half of our stuff at home. The lodge has everything from air fryer to everything you could imagine needing from home. Sue - you have a beautiful lodge and we were grateful for the stay! Any message was responded to quickly and we would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone!!! Thank you so much ☺️

What a wonderful place this is to stay- we booked the lodge as a Christmas surprise for our 2 boys and they were absolutely thrilled when we arrived! The lodge is spacious and immaculate with everything you need and the view is just stunning ❤️

Lovely stay in Whitley Bay at Claire’s caravan. On the edge of the park closest to the sea so great views of the coast and lighthouse. We were lucky with the sunsets - they were beautiful! Recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. When we couldn’t find something, the host replied right away with helpful directions and was super kind about it. Their quick support made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We loved Teema’s place and the area! It’s nice and cozy without feeling claustrophobic, and it had everything we needed to feel right at home, including a well-equipped kitchen. We had a great time exploring the beach at low tide on a beautiful day – you can see the water from out the windows, only a short walk away. Would love to stay again!

This is a great property in a great location! Suited my partner and I, and our little dog perfectly. All of the amenities you need in the house are there, and the location meant we could easily walk to town or drive out to the coast without hassle! Check in was a breeze and communication was incredible!

This apartment is lovely, well equiped and has a river bank location in a quiet residential area on Hadrians Way. Its about 20 minutes walk following the trail into Newcastle City Centre. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again if visiting Newcastle area.

Stayed at Gemma’s flat whilst visiting our sone at University. An absolutely lovely apartment in a great location. Exactly as described, immaculately clean, very comfortable beds and with everything you could possibly need. Will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in Newcastle.

Perfect for we two and the dog. Great walks nearby. Spot the red kites when you're lucky, they are not to be missed. V comfy, home from home. Will definitely visit again

This apartment is way above anything you could imagine an air b and b to be!! Beautifully appointed throughout with his and hers bathrooms/showers , and everything else you would require, including a very generous breakfast arrangement. Jamie and Julie are excellent hosts, with a lovely welcome outside shared garden. We would certainly come back again. Thank you both.
