Fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people and a small bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. Livingroom with fireplace and sea view. Terrace with a table for 6 people, and a barbecue. This newly built house is our "Seaview getaway". It is ideal for two persons, but it can sleep 3. From your bedroom with a comfortable queensized bed, you will have a stunning view over the archipelago and the cruiseships. In the evening you can also enjoy the jacuzzi. This is a perfect place to get away, dream, rest, breathe and be a part of the archipelago area in a exclusive setting. Kayak rental is available from our private pier. The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
