The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Newly built guest house in Saltsjöbaden

Welcome to this newly built guest house in beautiful Saltsjöbaden. In the house, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there is also a pleasant patio where you can enjoy the fresh air. The lake is a stone's throw away. In addition, there is a swimming area on the island, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.

Nybyggd och välplanerad Attefallhus på 30kvm2. Området är lugnt och grönt med närhet till friluftsområden. Huset är helt nybyggt och har en egen ingång från en delad parkering med hall, kombinerat vardagsrum/kök, badrum, ett sovrum och ett stort loft. Det fullt utrustade köket har en kombinerad ugn/mikrovågsugn, stor kyl/frys, diskmaskin. Badrummet är rymligt med tvätt/torkmaskin. Det separata sovrummet har en 160 cm säng och garderob. Loften har två 90 cm madrasser och är lågt i tak.

Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, restauranger och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Torpet

Välkommen till torpet som det kallas, original boningshuset på vår lilla gård som uppfördes på 1800-talet. Här bor man med hästar och höns som grannar 15 min från Stockholm City. Väggarna viskar om historier från en svunnen tid. Här njuter man av gårdens charm utan att göra avkall på några bekvämligheter. Torpet är på 130 kvm och det finns två separat sovrum. Detta är inte ute på landet utan en citynära gård som erbjuder tillgänglighet men djur och natur bakom knuten!
