The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms with a large natural plot and a walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and a jetty. At the jetty, there is the dock your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

Welcome to this newly built guest house in beautiful Saltsjöbaden. In the house, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed for two. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there is also a pleasant patio where you can enjoy the fresh air. The lake is a stone's throw away. In addition, there is a swimming area on the island, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.

Rymligt hus med pool (uppvärmd från juni), vedeldad bastu och badtunna, uterum och sjöutsikt. Sjön nedför huset har fina klippor och hopptorn. Fem sovrum med fyra dubbelsängar, en 120 cm säng, bäddsoffa i vardagsrum. Litet hus med fyra sängar, stargazetält 19 kvm med fem sängar. Passar bra för tillställningar, företagsevent eller kompishäng:-) Alla som ska vara i huset ska vara med i bokningen, det är ingen prisskillnad om man övernattar eller inte. Kolgrill. Nybyggd och välplanerad Attefallhus på 30kvm2. Området är lugnt och grönt med närhet till friluftsområden. Huset är helt nybyggt och har en egen ingång från en delad parkering med hall, kombinerat vardagsrum/kök, badrum, ett sovrum och ett stort loft. Det fullt utrustade köket har en kombinerad ugn/mikrovågsugn, stor kyl/frys, diskmaskin. Badrummet är rymligt med tvätt/torkmaskin. Det separata sovrummet har en 160 cm säng och garderob. Loften har två 90 cm madrasser och är lågt i tak.

Välkommen till vårt gästhus, beläget på idyllisk gata med egen bastu och badrocksavstånd till stranden. Inom fem minuters promenad finns mataffär, restauranger och busshållplats som tar dig till Gullmarsplan på 20 minuter. I stugan finns Wifi, sällskapsspel, fullt utrustat kök, gratis parkering (med tillgång till el), uteplats med grill. Dock ingen TV. Oavsett om du längtar efter semester med familjen, en helg med din kära eller bara tid för dig själv så ser vi fram emot att välkomna

Torpet

Välkommen till torpet som det kallas, original boningshuset på vår lilla gård som uppfördes på 1800-talet. Här bor man med hästar och höns som grannar 20 min från Stockholm city med bil. Väggarna viskar om historier från en svunnen tid. Här njuter man av gårdens charm utan att göra avkall på några bekvämligheter. Torpet är på 130 kvm och det finns två separat sovrum. Detta är inte ute på landet utan en citynära gård som erbjuder tillgänglighet men djur och natur bakom knuten!

Enjoy the sauna in a separate building next to the house with a magnificent view and find peace in front of the fire place. Sleeping places are for up to 9 people. Close to the bus stop, to the direct bus to the city. Nicely decorated for the Christmas period with a real Christmas tree inside.

The perfect solution if you want to be able to enjoy the fresh air, and at the same time be close to the city. Own house in Tyresö Trollbäcken, canoes included.

Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö Reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim by the rocks. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Beautiful nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK each/day About 1 hour by car from Arlanda. City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have a party or friends visiting. The age limit is 25 years.
