Archipelago villa with a sea plot and stunning sea views out over Erstaviken. The villa is 160 sqm and has three bedrooms, living room and two bathrooms with large natural plot and walk down to the sea where there is a swimming area and jetty. At the jetty there is the possibility to add your own boat. Down by the water, there is also a sauna that you are welcome to rent. The house is close to Stochholm by car, Tyresö castle is at walking distance and by boat you can quickly get to Saltsjöbaden and Dalarö. Let me know if you have any questions

A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

You are most welcome to enjoy all of Swedens four seasons at its best. Stockholm is also available (approx. 20 minutes away) with public transport!

Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark. Vill man städa själv går det bra.
