We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

Our stay in the chalet was amazing, great location easy to reach and close to everything we needed. Sabrina always responded quickly when we needed it and I leave all the instructions right before we even had any doubts. We love and want to return again.

Excellent apartment! Very well furnished and super comfortable. Only a darker curtain was missing in the bedroom (the white curtain does not hold clarity)... the rest is all right ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

Since first contact, Gustavo was extremely helpful. We found the apartment in perfect condition: clean, organized and very smelling. In addition, it is very well equipped and has a simply incredible location. My family loved the experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

Apartment in a great condominium, close to Guarany Street, where the best restaurants and shops in the central region of Ubatuba are located. The condominium is great, very safe and with many leisure options, my family and I like it very much and we will definitely return. Special mention to Neia, who welcomed us very well and helped us with the check-in.

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Excellent apartment, just like in the photos. Robson left us some little treats , divine!!. The location is very good, near the center to go on foot. You could move to the different beaches by car. From the apartment you could and could hear the sea. I recommend going to Playa Vermelho to see the sunrise, on foot it will be 30 minutes. Restaurants nearby. on the way around there is a house that rent bicycles and people move a lot by bike. Beautiful Ubatuba Pero you have to go to the beaches that are further away from the center. Robson passed us information, he was very attentive and cordial.
