The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Välkomna! Här bor ni bekvämt och praktiskt nära skog, natur, bad, vandring och cykelleder, perfekt för den som önskar en aktiv vistelse. Ni tar bussen eller bilen i 10 minuter till stadens centrum där restauranger, nybyggt badhus, bio, Bohusläns museum, salta bad och Uddevallas unika strandpromenad erbjuds. Huset är en rymlig villa med en mysig uteplats utan insyn. Här bor ni nära västkustens alla pärlor med ca 45 min till Nordens ark, en timme till Havets hus eller en timme till Göteborg.

Hus för en eller två familjer. Stor soldränkt naturtomt med utsikt mot Kalvöfjorden. På baksidan av huset hittar man flera mysiga platser att sitta på, antingen under tak eller bar himmel. På framsidan kan man njuta av kvällssolen på den stora terassen. Rum 1: 1st 210cm säng, rum 2: 1st 160cm säng, rum 3 - 120+80cm säng, friggebod - 2 st v-sängar 90cm. 700m att gå till hamnen och torget där man hittar flera bra restauranger såsom thai och sushi samt ICA, Willys, Systembolag, fiskaffär mm.

Lyckorna/Eget annex nära havet med kvällssol!

Vi hyr ut vårt annex nära havet och badplats! Uteplats med grill med sol hela dagen. Ett sovrum, en bäddsoffa och ett loft med 4 sängar. 5 min till stranden och 10 min till två riktigt bra restauranger. Nära till Göteborg och Smögen. Golfbana på promenadavstånd och tennisbana likaså. kajaker och cyklar finn att hyra i närheten. Hyrs ut veckovis lördag till lördag. Njut och koppla av i detta lugna, eleganta boende. För sängkläder och handdukar samt städning tillkommer en extra avgift!

Huset har en attraktiv beliggenhed midt i skærgården og tæt på Gullmarsfjorden, hvorfra man kan sejle hele vejen ud til Lysekil og Skagerrak. Fra landstedet når man de hyggelige fiskerlejer Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund og Lysekil på 30 minutter.

Storslagen havsutsikt över Byfjorden längst fram av alla hus. Sol från morgon till sen kväll, där man kan njuta i solnedgången från den härliga terassen. Tomt med terrass och uteplats, 2 plan mot havet. Uteplats för frukost i morgonsolen. Ta ett dopp i salta bad nedanför huset. Huset har en egen biosalong med 6 stora och sköna biofåtöljer. Finns egen 24h butik ett stenkast ifrån huset. Huset har 3 sovrum och 1 extra sovrum i gemensamt utrymme.

A small modern house with most of what is needed. The kitchen consists of a stove, microwave, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet consists of a shower, toilet and washing machine. Separate bedroom with large double bed. A sofa bed is in the kitchen / living room with TV and wifi. There is a conservatory next to the house and at the back of the house you will find the terrace with table and barbecue.
