Holiday rentals with a sauna in Uderns

It’s a beautiful space with a stunning view just steps away from a cable car , grocery store ( spar) and couple of minutes from the village restaurant s - yet very peaceful and secluded. There’s also a wonderful terrace- a must on sunny afternoons after skiing or hiking. It’s really a perfect apartment and location for skiing, exploring the mountains or just relaxing. I had an amazing stay with stunning views and an amazing breakfast that catered to all tastes. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. Overall, a perfect getaway with beautiful views, great breakfast, and excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very tasty. The apartment is within walking distance of shops for everyday needs, it is also not far into the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground car park is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you have not heard anything. The bedroom goes out the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Tegernsee, Nicci is in the right hands.

We were guests with 2 families at Isabella's apartment. The host is always available and very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. If you love nature and country life, this is the place for you! A big thank you to Isabella for letting us spend such beautiful days with you.

Everything is completely uncomplicated and pleasant. Super nice apartment, we would definitely come back and recommend it 100%. Everything was clean, nice and modern furnishings with plenty of space, we were 5 adults and two children and had the apartment Top 3. The sauna is also wonderful and the beautiful balcony invites you to spend nice evening hours. We were simply satisfied all around and felt comfortable at all times. Accommodation was great and as described. The location is great and also the pool and sauna are great.

Really nice, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location with direct walking and also the small garden was ideal!! There are also many opportunities for hikes and excursions right on the doorstep, really perfect for an active holiday!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

Very nice accommodation, extremely central but still a little away from the hustle and bustle. Opposite the Hahnenkammbahn. Great interior with open fireplace. Kitchen top furnished. No wishes left unfulfilled. We were there as a big family. Perfect for 8 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Additional guest toilet. Great!

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and maintained. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. On a starry night, we could even see the Milky Way. Thanks Else

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

Absolutely incredible. Highly recommend. An easy drive to just about anything we wanted to do in Innsbruck area! Everything was perfect.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

Excellent home with plenty of space for a family of four. There are actually many board games, a grill, a gazebo and many personal belongings of the owners give the impression of home comfort (honestly I'm surprised by so much trust, many things are family memories, it would be a shame if someone accidentally damaged something). The infrared sauna is mediocre, except maybe as entertainment for children. But still it's very nice that it exists. Everything was great, the only thing that was a bit confusing was the constant gardening of the owner's parents. They are great, nice and polite conversation partners, but they lacked a little privacy. Still, I expected to rent a separate house with its own territory where no strangers would constantly come (although, I repeat, they are very nice people!).

I was with my two sons for a few days in the Gsteigstr. holiday home. Just like me, the two of them were immediately totally enthusiastic. The excellent location was simply fantastic. The furnishings of the house corresponded exactly to the description on the Internet. I'm sure we'll be back!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. The house was perfect for our group of 12 people and offered more than enough space for everyone. The location is a real highlight - the mountain scenery is amazing, and the quiet, secluded location allowed us to have a relaxed stay without worrying about neighbors. The kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking together a real pleasure. A special highlight was definitely the sauna, which provided relaxation after active days. The host was very helpful and responsive - thank you so much for a great time!
