Samuele was really friendly, very polite and immediately ready for our requests. I had to leave the accommodation a few days earlier than expected due to the loss of my dear mother, and he without hesitation. He didn't even let me refund the days I didn't take advantage of it. So what can I say, a delight. As for the accommodation, nothing to say, everything is perfect, clean and tidy. I recommend the host Samuele I will never finish thanking him .

We spent in Matthews apartment just one night everything was like we expected. Apartment was very cozy, we found there everything what we need and much more:) there were a lot of towels, shampoons, tv, very good equipment corner for breakfast, we enjoied youghurts and coffee. Stairs are steel but we did it with two and four years daughters just with little more attention. Apartment has atic atmosphere and its little uncomfortable for tall people but our girls enjoied it very much. Garden around the house is beautiful. Our host gave to us very good instructions and we aprecciate his hospitality.

Best check-in we've ever had. Even the breakfast items were already bought. Thank you! Francesco already had all the timetables, bus schedules, etc. there and explained everything. The property is very homely. Parking in the parking garage 4 euros per day. Ideal! Highly recommended. Optimal also for various excursions.

Fabulous stay here. Was a little hesitant as very few reviews on Airbnb but the place exceeded our expectations. It’s location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the town. We had a room with 2 balconies and the views from both were so lovely. Everything was clean and spacious. The free parking is a real bonus as parking in town can be tricky. We paid €8 each for a great buffet breakfast and they even did laundry for us for a small fee. The hosts were very kind and helped us with a problem. Thank you for a great stay. Would love to return!

Christian is an excellent host. His/Her explanations about the apartment were very clear. He/She was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spotless. He/She had thought of everything you might need and made sure it was available in the apartment. Additionally, he/she offered nice treats like beer, soft drinks, milk, and croissants. Very modern and new accommodation, attention to detail, there was everything you needed for breakfast, maybe for 4 people it is a little small and there are few supports/closets but we only stayed one night so everything was fine. Perhaps in consideration of the area/services, it is slightly expensive. But very clean and tidy.

Stayed here with my family of three. The place was well appointed and in an excellent location walking distance to the centre of San Vito. Naomi was great and frequently checked in if we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space. The street below is quite busy though and loud so with windows open and you are a light sleeper it tough.

The place we visited was truly wonderful—spacious and with a fantastic spa! The surroundings are beautiful, which was the main reason we chose this location. Italy is easily accessible, just 30 minutes away by car, and Kranjska Gora is also nearby. Additionally, if you enjoy skiing, there are opportunities in the surrounding area. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

Very nice apartment with a good location, super clean and tastefully furnished with all necessities needed and equipped beyond that, kitchen and bathroom specifically. The communication with Agata was quick and to the point, she was very quick to answer and the service was great. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty and everyone was super helpful and kind. We also got some great recommendations for the area. Recommend!

Francesca is a courteous and discreet person. The apartment is quiet and the room is very clean. Francesca's partner is also a discreet kind person so that the welcome of the guest is generally pleasant! The shared bathroom is well maintained, tidy, and clean. Breakfast plentiful with tea or coffee, fruit juice, croissants, cookies, jams, fruits, etc.

We had a wonderful week at Monica’s place! We could not have imagined it to be so lovely and relaxed - beautiful garden and very cozy house, felt very welcomed! Our dog Iva enjoyed it too! ❤️❤️ and we will miss breakfasts with home made delicious food and unforgettable atmosphere!

The host kindly offered me dinner and breakfast for free, and even took me to the nearest bus station! It was a wonderful stay!

Great communication, Franco and his wife were extremely helpful and friendly, always available. The accommodation was extremely clean, well furnished and everything was already prepared for breakfast. We felt comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Donata is the best host possible. Dictionary definition of a Superhost. The room is nice, clean and convinient for a couple for some nights. The garden and the house are exceptionally pretty and well-kept. Highly recomended.

Fantastic! I would give even more stars if it would be possible:) We were welcomed and treated with such enormous hospitality. Breakfast was excellent for even our gluten intolerance was received. We were spoiled with homemade jam, eggs (from our own farm), fresh vegetables (from the garden) and much more. Thank you for planning more time next time!

A beautiful getaway in the mountains. The food offered was exceptional, and the sauna is very nice. It's close to lots of hikes and outdoor activities. The room itself is perfect, very clean. Very pretty. Friendly staff. Highly recommend! If looking to stay on an actual farm this is not the place though

My experience was wonderful, the place was super clean and quiet, impeccable amenities, and the Host and his family are extremely friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back
