This is a homestay-style private lodging facility where the owner lives. This is not a private, single-unit type of accommodation. If other guests are in a separate room, the living room, kitchen, and toilet will be shared with them. We appreciate your understanding. [1 room plan] This type of room is for 1-6 people. We also provide a 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room as a bedroom and a 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room with a shared living room. ☆[2-room plan] If you use this plan, you will not be with another group of guests. Check-in time is between 5 pm and 10 pm. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to arrive earlier than 5 pm Bathroom Western-style toilets for men and women. Baths Please use the nearby hot spring facility, which is a 10-minute drive away, as much as possible. The bath in the building is a household size and can be used until 22: 30. Kitchen Self-catering in the kitchen with advance reservation (donation fee) There is also a separate meal plan for a communal cooking experience. Please search on the official website, "Omiyado". Transportation Parking for 2 regular cars is available. We'll send you a detailed map after your booking is confirmed. Temporary parking is available if there are many vehicles. Kamesei Ryokan is a family-run traditional onsen inn with mostly warm wood construction and gardens throughout. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.
