This is great place for real gourmand, if you are looking for something special like to wake up with a great view on the see and observe it from 22 second floor, so you are welcome!!! The building is finished at 2017,calls 19 purl of Kadorr, so it is completely new, secured with cameras and with personal access, only people from this building has access to this territory. The location is more than the best, as it is near Arcadia, with all their night clubs, restaurants and good places for rest.

A floor-heated bathroom with a tub as well as a sauna for an even deeper relaxation in a bungalow downstairs (another listing of ours). An outdoor pool is available in summer.

Мансардный (4) этаж старинного дома. Лифта нет. Вы сможете парковать автомобиль в переулке, вечером обычно нет проблемы припарковаться..
