Nice to meet you~^^ Welcome to our house (J&J). I created my own atmosphere with stylish lighting, not stuffy due to the double floor inside, as if it was a pretty café instead of an ordinary house. The magnificent Gangneung golden pine trees surround the house and feel the view of the pine trees from the multi-level bedroom. There is a promenade from the front of the house to the Anmok coffee street, so you can feel the pleasure of taking a walk to the sea for about 20 minutes~^^ The left is Anmok Beach and the right is Namhangjin Beach, so you can experience the two beaches with different atmospheres~ I built the house of my dreams near the sea. The host's wish is that this place can be a place where visitors to Gangneung can fully heal in my own atmospheric, unique space. ~^^

Like a flowing river

Accommodation Description Like the name of the accommodation, this is an accommodation with a view of the river flowing gently. The interior is a cozy and spacious space of about 24 pyeong that you can use exclusively. There is a large wood slab in the living room where up to 8 people can sit around for business meetings and parties, a cozy veranda space decorated like a cafe, a large TV that can be seen lying on a large bed in the living room, and a fluffy sofa zone where you can talk to each other. The lights, wood shelves, tables, and furniture made by the host everywhere are the pride of this house. Geumho River promenade and fishing spot right in front of the accommodation. The bike path is cool. I recommend them.

This is a private hanok house in the mountains ^ ^ It is a Hanok house made of authentic wood, and the inside is like a normal house due to remodeling ^ ^ (Because it's in the mountains... there are some bugs in summer, and in winter, you can see some diligent ants) The city can be reached within 10 minutes by car, and the beach can also be reached within 10 minutes by car. There are beaches such as Namhangjin, Anmok, and Jeongdongjin nearby, There are also golf courses such as Maple Beach. The karaoke machine is also installed ^ ^ It boasts typical karaoke sound facilities. There is also plenty of parking, and the lawn allows children to run and play freely.

'새소리와 바람소리에 잠에서 깨고, 맑은 밤하늘의 별을보며 잠들수있는 프라이빗한 전원주택 입니다. '집앞에는 꽃향기 가득한 작은 정원이 있고, 흙내음 가득한 뒷마당에는 직접 체험할수 있는 텃밭이 있습니다. 집앞에는 잔잔한 개울가가 기다랗게 펼쳐져 있습니다. 차로 10분 내외 바다를 볼수있는 '망상해수욕장 , 어달리 해수욕장, 묵호항, 금진항 등이 있고 , 아기자기한 풍경이 가득한 논골담길, 도째비골 스카이벨리, 수변공원, 묵호등대 등 이 있습니다. *대형마트와, 로컬시장이 근접(차로 10분내외) 마을입구에는 바로앞 톨게이트가(망상 IC) 있어 타지역으로 (강릉,속초,삼척 등) 이동이편함. 방문시 자가용을 이용하지 않을경우 차로 10분 정도 거리에 KTX : 묵호역 ,버스 : 동해시 종합 버스터미널 이용가능. ※부대시설: 농장체험 (마당에 있는 텃밭의 채소와 과일들) 골프연습장 (간이형 야외골프연습장) 계곡물이 밑에 흐르는 야외 정자에서 바베큐 가능. 주차 여러대 가능.
