There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Romantic journey back in time in a historic cheese dairy

The listed house from 1730 is located at the foot of the holy mountain of Upper Swabia – the Bussen – and directly on the hiking trail, not far from the Danube Cycle Path on the edge of the Swabian Alps.
