Approx. 10 min walk to the beach. In the garden there is a lawn and a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. Detached house with garden centrally located in Ulsteinvik. I took over the home after my grandparents, and I love the property with rose-painted birdhouses and peculiar decorations. Partially renovated interior with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

Here you can enjoy quiet days at the fjord or you have a good starting point for getting around the many sights and activities the area has to offer. The cabin can be used throughout the year, summer and winter. It takes approx. 10 minutes by car to Stryn city center. To Loen Skylift about 15-20 minutes.

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.
