Here you can just park your car and walk to everything the center has to offer, such as restaurants, a shopping center, a water park, a climbing wall, and a beach volleyball court. Approx. 10 min walk to the beach. In the garden there is a lawn and a terrace with a dining table for outdoor meals. Detached house with garden centrally located in Ulsteinvik. I took over the home after my grandparents, and I love the property with rose-painted birdhouses and peculiar decorations. Partially renovated interior with three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. In the surrounding area you will find a football stadium, sandy beaches, shops, cafes, library, cinema and water park. Many nice hiking opportunities both in the immediate area, and top trips in the Sunnmørsalpene. Nice with a trip to Runde and Lundefugl, or to Ålesund to enjoy city life.

Location on Skredestranda, about 3.5 km from Årvik ferry dock, in a quiet and peaceful area. Here you can relax and recharge your batteries. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.
