It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. A purpose built, fully equipped home from home, providing all you need for a relaxing holiday or short break. It’s a great base to explore Swanage and Purbeck and perfectly placed for cliff walks or leisurely days on the beach The bus stop at the bottom of the road (2 mins walk) connects you to Bournemouth and the surrounding area.

Our guest house is located next to our own home, it is self-contained and has its own entrance. It has a living space, a bedroom, en suite shower room, kitchenette area and private decking. The decking is northerly facing and looks out over fields, hills and the Swanage steam railway track which only 10 metres away! Guests will see steam trains and diesels going past in daylight hours. The guest home is cosy and practical and suitable for up to 4 adults or families with up to 2 children.

This is a lovely flat with its own patio at the front with table and chairs, and another patio at the rear. It has a large lounge with a separate kitchen diner, a full bathroom and a separate wc. It has that seaside feel to it, with the path down to the beach opposite, 200m We use it for the family so has lots of extras. Swanage town is a 15 min walk along the beach to lovely shops and restaurants. This is a very homely, place, if you are looking for minimalist then its not for you.
