The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Then sit around the fire pit while enjoying the amazing sunset. We provide firewood for one night, and supply and deliver extra for $30 / bag.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $170.

The Oar by the Bay is the perfect couples retreat, enjoy the sunset from your private entertaining deck, stroll to the renowned Patonga Boathouse, or enjoy hiking up the Great North Walk to the breathtaking Warrah Lookout. Patonga offers beachside living on one side as well as the quiet waters of the lagoon on the other. This space is designed to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all ages. Well behaved furry babies are welcome 🐾🐾🐾

Treat yourself to a lux beach escape! With private entry, tucked above the dunes on Bungan Beach, nap to the sound of the waves, enjoy sunrise from bed, and sip wine by the outdoor firepit. Drenched in northern sun, winter here is the best time of year! With 1 king bed (lux memory foam) plus 2nd double bed, you can sleep up to 4 (2 adults +2 children max, or 3 adults).
