This is a beautiful, fully renovated one bedroom apartment on a quiet street minutes away from NYC. The apartment is spacious, with an open concept living room/kitchen. The living room has large windows with plenty of natural light, cable TV, and sofa bed. The kitchen has a new stove, microwave, and toaster oven. It is fully equipped with plates, silverware, cups, plus lots of extras. The bedroom has a brand new, comfortable queen bed, with a walk-in closet, TV, and clock radio. WiFi included!

Must be at least 25 yrs old to book. *This is a quiet space as we live in the apartment below. Absolutely NO parties and a MAX of 2 people in the room at any time. This all wood, 3rd floor studio is right in the center of town. Tons of restaurants, bars, theaters, and super easy NYC transit (Train and Bus) are all just a few min walk away. Buses to and from NYC run continuously throughout the day and evening. After a long day touring NYC, West New York is a great place to relax, have a casual meal and enjoy the most spectacular NYC views.
