Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.

Our house is by no means a party house, we have nearby neighbors and due to location is very quiet at night. Our home is perfect for guests who are looking for a serene experience. Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

It is simply appointed with a "cabin" feel. It is perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen, and tiny living room. Nestled among the oaks with stunning canyon views, our 14x16 foot canvas tent sits on a 28 foot redwood deck.
